Should any customer place an order through Naho’s Floral Design and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of the order. There will be a 50% restocking fee for the cancellation. If you need to cancel an order after you place it, it is best if you call us at 510-898-1701 for a faster response. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. If the customer can provide new, correct information so that the order can then be properly delivered then Naho’s Floral Design will complete the delivery.

Naho’s Floral Design stands behind every product we sell. We offer our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every flower arrangement that we design and deliver for 24 hours. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, simply contact us 510-898-1701 within the first 24 hours after the delivery. We will do whatever it takes to make it right. Because, if you’re not satisfied, neither are we. We will work through the issue and determine a solution. It may involve a full or partial refund for your purchase, a gift card or a replacement of the original arrangement.
If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact Naho’s Floral Design within the first 24 hours after the delivery. In almost every case, we will gladly replace the arrangement with one of equal or greater value, free of charge.
If you request an order delivery to a residence but there is no one home to receive it on the requested day, Naho’s Floral Design will attempt to deliver it on the next business day. In case we are unable to reach the recipient or no one will be home to receive it, you may choose an alternative delivery address to which NFD delivers. If the flower arrangement was not delivered after the end of the second day, it will be considered complete and no refund can be issued.
If you place an order to be delivered to a recipient at work or in a facility, NFD will first try to deliver the flower arrangement to the recipient. Depending on the recipient’s work schedule or the security/safety policy of their workplace or the facility, NFD may leave the arrangement at the reception desk or with a security guard.
Naho’s Floral Design is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Naho’s Floral Design will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
