Same-Day Flower Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed by 12:00 PM, subject to flower availability, destination, and our delivery schedule.
Our standard delivery window is between 1:00 and 5:00 PM. We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time with standard delivery.
During holidays and other busy periods, same-day availability may be limited. Ordering in advance gives us the best opportunity to accommodate your preferred delivery date.
Time-Specific and Rush Delivery (Upgrades)
Priority Delivery for Future Orders
If an order placed in advance must arrive by a particular time, Priority Delivery may be added for $15 plus the standard delivery fee.
For example, Priority Delivery may be appropriate when flowers need to arrive before a funeral, memorial service, business event, or scheduled celebration.
The Priority Delivery fee is waived when the flower subtotal is more than $250. Please contact us before ordering to confirm that your requested delivery time is available.
Rush Service for Same-Day Orders
Rush Service is available for $25 plus the standard delivery fee when:
- A same-day order must arrive by a particular time
- An urgent order is placed after our 12:00 PM same-day cutoff
- Special scheduling is required to accommodate the delivery

For flowers going to a funeral or memorial service, please provide:

Whenever possible, please order funeral flowers at least three business days in advance. Larger pieces, coordinated orders, and designs requiring specialty flowers may need additional preparation time..
Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels and Care Communities
We deliver to hospitals, hotels, senior living communities, assisted-living facilities, businesses, and other locations within our service area.
Flowers delivered to a hospital, hotel, or care facility are generally left with the front desk or designated receiving area. Before ordering, please confirm that the recipient is currently at the facility and is permitted to receive flowers.
Please include the recipient’s:

- Room number, if available
- Facility name and complete address
- Telephone number
Some locations have restricted delivery hours or special access procedures. An additional service fee may apply when a delivery requires unusual access, extended waiting, multiple delivery attempts, or special handling.
Local Pickup
Complimentary pickup is available from our Berkeley floral studio by prior arrangement only. We do not operate a walk-in retail flower shop.
