Our standard delivery window is 1:00–5:00 PM. Same-day delivery may be available for orders received by noon, depending on the destination, our delivery schedule, and flower availability.
When ordering for a hospital, senior community, office, apartment building, or other facility, please provide the complete facility name, recipient’s full name, room or unit number when applicable, telephone number, and any available delivery instructions.
Include a Personal Message
A handwritten enclosure card is included with your sympathy flower order. A brief, sincere message is often best. You might write:
